Brachytherapy is one of the radiation treatment methods, and it is a method of irradiating radiation to a limited area by placing a radiation generator or isotope in the body or on the surface. Depending on the space or method of insertion, it can be classified into intracavitary brachytherapy, interstitial brachytherapy, and contact therapy. It is widely applied to uterine cancer, lung cancer, and prostate cancer in clinical practice.
